How Axis stopped calculating payroll twice and cut HR admin time by around half
The Egyptian fintech moved payroll, payslips and HR letters for 268 employees onto ZenHR, and now runs payroll once instead of twice.

About Axis

The challenge: a payroll process built on double-checking
Axis’s previous HR system couldn’t calculate payroll at all. Every month, salaries were calculated outside the system, then calculated a second time to make sure nothing had slipped through. Payslips, salary increase letters and promotion letters were all prepared by hand, one employee at a time.

Why ZenHR
Axis needed a system that could calculate payroll in line with Egyptian labor, social insurance and tax requirements, and that the whole company could use without a steep learning curve. ZenHR covered both.
