ZenHR’s Native Integration with Muqeem
“Muqeem” is an online service for Saudi Arabia residents that allows organizations to review their employees' residency and visa data and complete their transactions online, anytime and anywhere. ZenHR’s integration with Muqeen makes the residency renewal process in Saudi Arabia more consolidated and smoother than ever before while obtaining the precise data needed to complete the visa registration process.
ZenHR’s native integration with Muqeem allows you to:
Issue, renew, and transfer Iqamas.
Issue, cancel, extend, and reprint Exit/Re-Entry Visas.
Issue and cancel Final Exit Visas.
Extend and renew Passports.
How to

Activate
Activating the Muqeem Integration on ZenHR:
Click your user icon in the upper right corner and go to System Preferences > Integration Setup > Financial Integrations > Muqeem Setup.
Once you’re on the Muqeem Setup page, click the “Activate” button.
Follow the steps on the right side of the page:
Step 1: Enter your Username and Password.
Step 2: Then click “Activate”.
That’s it; your Muqeem integration will now be complete! You can find the subscription details on your Muqeem setup page.
To Update Muqeem Credentials:
Once the integration is activated, on your Muqeem setup page, click “Update Muqeem Credentials”.
Add the updated credentials on the side of the page.
Then click “Link Using New Credentials”.

Use the Integration
Using the Muqeem Integration:
Now that you’ve successfully integrated Muqeem with your ZenHR account, you can now perform the following actions:
Issue an Iqama
Renew an Iqama
Transfer an Iqama
Issue an Exit/Re-Entry Visa
Cancel an Exit/Re-Entry Visa
Extend an Exit/Re-Entry Visa
Reprint an Exit/Re-Entry Visa
Issue a Final Exit Visa
Cancel a Final Exit Visa
Extend the Validity of a Passport
Renew a Passport
If no Iqamas have been added, you can Add an Existing Iqama, Issue an Iqama, or Import Iqamas.
To Add, Issue, or Import Iqamas, follow these steps:
On the left side of the page, go to Main Menu > Employees > Employee Affairs > Muqeem Management.
To Add an existing Iqama, click “Add an Existing Iqama”.
To Issue an Iqama, click “Issue an Iqama”.
To Import an Iqama, click “Import Iqamas”.
Then complete the required fields and click “Add”.
Once an Iqama has been added, issued, or imported, you can view the Iqama details on the data table in the Iqamas tab.
Any action taken will be recorded on the data table on the Muqeem Management page. You can find the Muqeem Action Type, Status, and additional details under each tab; Iqamas tab, Exit Re-Entry Visa tab, Final Exit Visas tab, and Passport tab.
Note: Once the Muqeem status is “Completed”, the Iqama record cannot be edited.
Iqamas Tab:
This is the default tab you’ll see once the page is opened. The actions that can be done on this tab are as follows:
Issue, renew, and transfer Iqamas & add Existing Iqamas
Issue, cancel, extend, and reprint Exit Re-Entry Visas.
Issue and cancelFinal Exit Visas.
Extend and renew Passports.
To add an existing Iqama:
On the left side of the page, go to Main Menu > Employees > Employee Affairs > Muqeem Management.
Click the “Add an Existing Iqama” button.
Then enter the required information.
Click “Add”.
To import an Iqama:
On the left side of the page, go to Main Menu > Employees > Employee Affairs > Muqeem Management.
Click the “Import Iqama” button.
Click “Download Template” and add the Iqama details on the downloaded template.
Upload the template with the Iqama details.
Then click “Import”.
Exit Re-Entry Visa Tab:
On this tab, you can Issue, Cancel, Extend, and ReprintanExit Re-Entry Visa.
To Issue, Cancel, Extend, or Reprint anExit Re-Entry Visa follow these steps:
On the left side of the page, go to Main Menu > Employees > Employee Affairs > Muqeem Management.
Click the “Exit Re-Entry Visa” tab.
Then on the data table, go to the Actions column and click the more(⋮) button.
Click the Action Type you’d like to take (Issue, Cancel, Extend, or Reprint).
Then proceed to enter the required information.
Final Exit Visa Tab:
On this tab, you can Issue and CancelaFinal Exit Visa.
To Issue or Cancel a Final Exit Visa follow these steps:
On the left side of the page, go to Main Menu > Employees > Employee Affairs > Muqeem Management.
Click the “Final Exit Visa ” tab.
Then on the data table, go to the Actions column and click the more(⋮) button.
Click the Action Type you’d like to take (Issue or Cancel).
Then proceed to enter the required information.
Passport Tab:
On this tab, you can Extend and Renew a Passport.
To Extend or Renew a Passport follow these steps:
On the left side of the page, go to Main Menu > Employees > Employee Affairs > Muqeem Management.
Click the “Passport ” tab.
Then on the data table, go to the Actions column and click the more(⋮) button.
Click the Action Type you’d like to take (Extend or Renew).
Then proceed to enter the required information.
Enabling Muqeem Email Notifications:
Click your user icon in the upper right corner and go to System Preferences > General > Notifications Setup.
On the Edit Notifications Setup page, under Iqama Expiry, activate the toggle.
Then click “Update”.
View & Track Records Sent to Muqeem:
Click your user icon in the upper right corner and go to System Preferences > Integration Setup > Muqeem Integration Setup.
On the Muqeem Integration Setup page, click the “Event Viewer” button.
New Iqama Section in Customized Reports:
An Iqamas section has been added to the Report Builder so you can add any Iqama-related data to customized reports.
On the left side of the page, go to Main Menu > Reports > General Reports > Customized Reports Generator > Report Builder.

Deactivating the Muqeem Integration:
If you’d like to deactivate the Muqeem integration, follow these steps:
Click your user icon in the upper right corner and go to System Preferences > Integration Setup > Muqeem Integration Setup.
Once you’re on the Muqeem Setup page, click the “Deactivate” button.

Click your user icon in the upper right corner and go to System Preferences > Integration Setup > Financial Integrations > Muqeem Setup.
Once you’re on the Muqeem Setup page, click the “Activate” button.
Follow the steps on the right side of the page:

Deactivating the Muqeem Integration:
If you’d like to deactivate the Muqeem integration, follow these steps:
Click your user icon in the upper right corner and go to System Preferences > Integration Setup > Muqeem Integration Setup.
Once you’re on the Muqeem Setup page, click the “Deactivate” button.
